Terms of Return/ Exchange

  • Merchandise purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 28 days from the date of receipt.

  • We accept return whether or not the merchandise is defective. However, the merchandise returned or exchanged must be unused and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being used or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

  • Shipping Charges for Return Items: We would be responsible for the shipping charge if the return is due to defect or damage. Customer will be responsible for the shipping charge if the return is not due to defects or damage.

  • Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such EMS, UPS or DHL that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, Elvira Zetticci cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.

  • Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 30 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 30 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.

  • Refund/credit: Refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable: The shipping and handling charges are not refundable but we will not deduct any further cost for the return.

Steps to return/exchange an item

  • If there is a problem with the order, e-mail us within 20 business days of the receipt to let us know about your intention to return or exchange.

  • You will receive a questionnaire by email. Reply them together with images on the problems/ defects.

  • You will be issued a Return Authorisation number via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable.

  • Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. The original order should be printed and included in the package with your returned merchandise.

  • Drop off your package at your return courier station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.

  • Allow up to 30 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. To ensure no problems occur, contact us to follow up on your request.
